Policy for Wearables

As is customary for special occasion clothing, please note that all lighted apparel sales are final and nonrefundable, unless we agree to other arrangements in advance. In some cases, we might accept a return of an unused item, in original condition, in exchange for store credit.

If you are concerned about whether an item will fit properly, we encourage you to consider placing a custom order, where you can supply your own base garment to be illuminated.

With proper care and handling, our lighted clothing can be expected to last for many years, or even decades! If the electronics in your garment become damaged at some point in the future, many parts can be repaired or replaced. The cost of repairs would depend on the type of work and the turn-around time that is needed.
